Effective immediately, Fidelity National Title de Mexico, S. A. de C.V. and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and all affiliates (collectively “Fidelity”) have ceased and terminated all association with International Land and Title, S. de R.L. de C.V. also known as International Land Title of Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico (hereinafter “ILT”). As a result,  Fidelity will no longer accept title searches, or any other representation, from ILT nor will Fidelity work on or issue title insurance in connection with any transaction that ILT is involved.

Fidelity will continue to provide title insurance to purchasers of real estate in Los Cabos and throughout Mexico, working with other title examiners.  If you have a real estate transaction that involves ILT and Fidelity, and you wish to obtain title insurance and escrow services, please contact Fidelity National Title de Mexico, S. Jacksonville, Fla. -- (July 21, 2008) -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), a leading provider of title insurance, specialty insurance, claims management services and information services, today announced the opening of its title insurance operation in Mexico, Fidelity National Title de Mexico S.A. de C.V. ("Fidelity Title Mexico"). Juan Pablo Arroyuelo has been appointed Vice President and General Manager and Gerardo Martinez has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Both Arroyuelo and Martinez are recognized experts on Mexican title insurance. Additionally, Luis Unikel, a real estate attorney and former Risk Manager at GE Real Estate, has been named Vice President
and Chief Underwriter. Fidelity Title Mexico has its principal office in Mexico City.
